Irvine Company Adds Full Floor of Flex+ Workspaces

Irvine Company unveiled a new full floor of Flex+ suites at Irvine Business Center, offering private, move-in-ready office spaces with no upfront capital requirements. The Flex+ workspaces at 7515 Irvine Center Dr. range from 2,700 to 11,000 square feet and are designed to meet the evolving needs of small and medium-sized businesses. 

“The reimagined Irvine Business Center reflects our approach to creating exceptional environments that enable companies and their teams to succeed,” said Roger DeWames, president of Irvine Company Office Properties. “With Flex+, we’re delivering premium, move-in ready suites that simplify the office experience, all backed by Irvine Company’s commitment to quality and continuous investment in our properties.”

The suites at Irvine Business Center feature modern design elements including open ceilings, contemporary lighting, premium finishes, and a communal lounge. The $9-million investment also includes an upgraded outdoor gathering space and barbecue area for team events and social networking as well as refreshed landscaping and murals on building entries.
