Irvine Co., St. Joseph Building Newport Beach Medical Office
The Irvine Co. and St. Joseph Hoag Health are partnering to build a facility in Newport Beach that will combine a health clinic, wellness center and gym. The 17,000-square-foot project will be across the street from Irvine Co.’s well-known Fashion Island retail center.
The facility is set to open next spring at 600 Newport Center Drive. One fitness center will be restricted to office tenants of Irvine’s Newport Center, while another will be open to the public.
Irvine and St. Joseph earlier teamed on a project called The Village at Irvine Spectrum Center, which also features wellness facilities.
