Irvine Co.’s Santa Clara Square Retail Phase Opens
Irvine Company Retail Properties’ commemorated the grand opening of Santa Clara Square Marketplace this week. The 160,000-square-foot shopping and dining destination in Santa Clara, CA is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market.
The initial phase includes 120,000 square feet of retail space. The second phase of retail, slated to open in summer 2018, will add an additional 40,000 square feet. Santa Clara Square Marketplace is part of the Irvine Co.’s 100-acre Santa Clara Square master-planned community.
Irvine Co. Retail Properties’ Dave Moore, who is speaking at Connect OC on July 28, says, “From Whole Foods Market to Il Fornaio and CorePower Yoga, Santa Clara Square Marketplace offers a collection of specialty shopping, dining and services to meet the community’s needs, in the center of the Silicon Valley’s most vibrant workplace community, Santa Clara Square.”
