Irvine Co. Opens 400 Spectrum Center Tower

Irvine Company commemorated the opening of 400 Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA this week with a gathering of city and business leaders and welcomed Cylance to its new home at the new 21-story tower in the heart of Irvine Spectrum.

The cybersecurity artificial intelligence innovator, which is moving from Irvine Towers on Von Karman Avenue, secured building-top naming rights that will be visible to commuters on the 5 and 405 freeways.

The 426,000-square-foot office tower’s opening comes a year after Irvine Company opened 200 Spectrum Center Drive, its sister building, which is 93% leased. 400 Spectrum Center is 40% pre-leased, including 22,000 square feet of space for communications platform innovator SendGrid.

Two additional companies have taken space in 400 Spectrum Center’s ReadyNow Offices. The tenants are: Kieckhafer Schiffer & Co, LLP (6,000 square feet) and CrossCountry Mortgage Inc. (5,700 square feet).
