Irvine Co. Leases 45K SF at Trophy Chicago Tower

Irvine Company Office Properties signed leases with Andersen Tax LLC and JAMS totaling 45,000 square feet at 71 South Wacker, a 48-story, 1.5-million-square-foot iconic tower in downtown Chicago.

Andersen Tax, a founding member of Andersen Global, an international association of member firms, leased 26,000 square feet and will relocate from 222 West Adams in May 2018. JAMS, the largest private alternative dispute resolution provider in the world, will expand within 71 South Wacker to 19,000 square feet.

Irvine Company Office Properties’ Beau Rawi says “Andersen Tax and JAMS are already customers in our California portfolio, so we’re excited to expand our relationships with them in Chicago and contribute to their accelerated success and growth.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Schneider represented Andersen Tax. CBRE’s Todd Lippman and Jarrett Annenberg represented JAMS. JLL’s Brad Despot and Annie Nicolau represented the Irvine Company in both deals.
