Irvine Co. Completes $200M Irvine Spectrum Center Reinvestment
Irvine Company completed a $200-million reinvestment in Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA. The retail experience of the 1.2-million-square-foot center has been elevated with new store openings, extensive outdoor renovations and enhanced restaurant and entertainment options.
Irvine Company Retail Properties’ Butch Knerr says, “We are excited to introduce these new, renowned brands with local roots to Irvine Spectrum Center’s wide range of world-class shopping, dining and entertainment choices.”
Continuing through 2019, the more than 175-store center will welcome a total of 30 new stores and restaurants located throughout four brand-new buildings. The upgrades usher in a wide array of new and enhanced outdoor spaces and amenities, including courtyards and rolling lawns, trees and landscaping, as well as seating areas with comfortable furniture.
New retailers debuting over the weekend include Apple Irvine Spectrum Center, Hello Kitty Café, H&M, STANCE, Gorjana, 85°C Bakery Café, BLKdot Coffee, Afters Ice Cream, Concrete Rose, Falasophy, Robata Wasa, SoHa Living, The Denim Lab, Ra Yoga, and UnAffected.
