Irvine Company Completes 176K-SF in Leases at Irvine Towers

Irvine Company said it executed five leases totaling 176,000 square feet of office space at Irvine Towers, which brings the Irvine, CA property to 96% leased. The leases come as the company completes a multimillion dollar reinvestment at the five-building, one-million-square-foot project.

Squar Milner leased 43,000 square-feet at 18500 Von Karman, where it will claim building-top signage when it moves from Newport Beach in late 2018. CU Direct is expanding its Innovation Lab from 9,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet at 18400 Von Karman, Brown and Caldwell is taking 21,000 square feet at 18500 Von Karman, and Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger leased 17,000 square feet at 18300 Von Karman.

As Connect Media reported previously, American Advisors Group executed its 65,000-square-foot deal for the 9th through 11th floors at 18200 Von Karman, where it will also receive building-top signage.
