Irvine Co. Advances Next Phase of Spectrum Terrace Following 183K-SF Deal

Irvine Company signed a deal with Alteryx Inc. to occupy a building and a half at Spectrum Terrace, Irvine Company’s new ultra-modern workplace community in Irvine Spectrum. The developer also says it is accelerating construction of Spectrum Terrace’s 340,000-square-foot second phase to meet high demand. The first phase is now fully leased.

The data science and analytics tech company is leasing 183,000 square feet and is expected to move from the John Wayne Airport area in fall of 2020. The company will occupy the entire building at 17200 Laguna Canyon Dr., and part of the 1st floor and all of the 3rd and 4th floors at 17100 Laguna Canyon.

Irvine Company’s Tom Greubel says, “Adding a forward-thinking technology company like Alteryx further validates Spectrum Terrace’s growing reputation as the ultimate business address.”

CBRE’s Garrett Ellis and Scott Kenny handled the deal.
