Irvine Approves Garden Communities’ 876-Unit MF
The City of Irvine, CA’s Planning Commission unanimously approved San Diego-based Garden Communities’ proposed Trilogy Gardens multifamily project in the Irvine Business Complex. The planned 876-unit apartment community includes three, 6-story residential buildings on 12.64 acres.
The project would include two levels of subterranean parking, a three-story fitness building, several rooftop private recreational amenities, and a roughly 1-acre publicly-accessible park. A proposed retail building will offer a cafe, corner market, bicycle rental and hair salon.
The site is comprised of six separate parcels containing office buildings ranging from two to four stories, which will be demolished. The architecture envisioned for the project is a blend of traditional, modern, and contemporary styles.
