IRR Promotes Liani Moore to Managing Director in SF

Commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm Integra Realty Resources (IRR), has announced the promotion of Liani C. Moore to Managing Director in San Francisco. In her new role, Moore, an MAI-designated member of the Appraisal Institute, will focus on institutional grade, mixed-use multifamily assets in the San Francisco and Los Angeles urban cores.

Moore began her career with IRR in 2006, and has expertise in assignments pertaining to the various stages of the development process, from pre-development through stabilization. Her experience ranges from boutique, luxury apartment and condominium projects to 200- to 700-unit institutional-grade properties.

“Liani’s well-deserved promotion reflects her hard work, dedication to her clients and commitment to our firm,” said IRR Senior Managing Director Jeffrey Fillmore. “We are fortunate to have her as a valuable member of our team in San Francisco, where she will use her unique skills to drive growth and excellence in our office.”
