IRR Expands Phoenix Office, Acquires Burke Hansen LLC

Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, expanded its Phoenix footprint through the acquisition of Burke Hansen LLC, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms. Burke Hansen, which was founded in 1950, will immediately join IRR-Phoenix. William Dominick, who has been president with Burke Hansen for 20 years, will serve as IRR-Phoenix’s Managing Director.

Joining Dominick will be Roger Dunlap and Glenn Grotte, both of whom will be IRR-Phoenix associate directors.

“The timing is right to expand our footprint in the Valley to keep up with our growing book of business,”

IRR Senior Managing Director Walter Winius III, who leads IRR-Phoenix, said “Burke Hansen is widely regarded throughout the region and has deep roots dating back more than 60 years. No one stays in business that long unless their service is top-notch.”
