Irish Consulate General Relocates to 200 Park Ave.

Savills represented the Government of Ireland in New York in a 43,108-square-foot, long-term lease at Tishman Speyer’s 200 Park Ave., also known as the MetLife Building. 

Ireland House is the Irish government’s representative office New York. It currently consists of the Irish Consulate General together with Ireland’s trade, tourism and investment agencies, as well as the Irish Food Board, the Ireland Funds and CIE Tours.  

The Consulate General of Ireland New York was represented by a Savills team that included David Goldstein, president, Tri-State; Jim Wenk, vice chairman; Sam Mann, associate director; Allison Buck, assistant director; and Savills New York Consulting Group. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Megan Sheehan, Gus Field and Sam Brodsky. 

The Consulate General of Ireland New York will officially relocate from its current location at 345 Park Ave. to a full-floor space at 200 Park Ave. in 2024.
