IRI Relocates Global Headquarters to 230 N. LaSalle

JLL represented IRI, a global leader in innovative solutions and services for consumer, retail and media companies, in the relocation of its global headquarters to Class A office space at 203 N. LaSalle St. in the Central Loop. A JLL team of Meredith O’Connor, Jake Ehrenberg and Matt Carolan represented IRI.
 
The new headquarters space was re-designed to focus on employee safety while continuing to provide IRI with opportunities for flexibility, innovation and continued growth. The collaboration areas are designed for social distancing, the ventilation meets the recommended standards of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and the filtration system features a bipolar ionization system on each floor.

O’Connor said, “The relocation is an outcome that best serves the long-term needs of their business, and we are excited to see IRI’s next chapter of growth at 203 N. LaSalle.”
