iQor Signs Five-Year Lease Renewal at 550K-SF Facility in Memphis
Managed services provider of customer engagement and technology-enabled BPO solutions iQor Global Services signed a five-year lease renewal at its 550,000-square-foot facility in Memphis. The landlord is Drake Pacer Memphis Acquisition LLC.
iQor’s Memphis facility has an embedded call center that integrates technical support with product services. The facility supports about 1,000 contact center logistics and product service jobs. The iQor team in Memphis is made up of employees from more than 27 countries, with an average tenure of six years or more.
