Ipsos Relocates to Tishman Speyer’s West Loop Tower

Revamping its office requirements but recommitting to downtown ChicagoIpsos, the world’s third largest market research company, has signed up for 58,000 square feet at Tishman Speyer’s The Franklin in the West Loop. The firm is relocating from 222 South Riverside, where it occupies about 71,000 square feet.

“Ipsos is looking forward to the suite of amenities at the Franklin as we make this move in order to meet the changing demands of hybrid work,” said Claire Hanlon, who heads Ipsos’ Chicago office. “What better time than now to make a change in our physical environment? It sparks a change in mindset and a change in behavior as we look forward to returning to the office and building on our strong workplace culture.”

Ipsos was represented by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Steve Schneider, Andy Heymann and Chris Helgesen. Tishman Speyer’s Ellen May and Carey Spignese represented building ownership.
