IPA Team Combines for $258M in PHX MF Deals

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) closed nine multifamily property transactions totaling 2,171 units and valued at $258.5 million between June 29 and August 29 in the Phoenix metropolitan area. IPA’s Steve Gebing and Cliff David handled the sales.

“Our continued acceleration in multifamily transaction velocity highlights the ever-growing confidence that institutional and major private investors have in this market,” says Gebing.

The transactions include:

  • The Lofts at Rio Salado, 466 units, Tempe, $75.5 million
  • Versante, 336 units, Avondale, $45.65 million
  • CityScape at Lakeshore, 214 units, Tempe, $39.25 million
  • Sonoma Villas, 265 units, Mesa, $22.4 million
  • Las Villas De Kino, 348 units, Tucson, $21 million
  • Sonoma Pines, 216 units, $19 million
  • Mesa Ridge, 151 units, Mesa, $13.7 million
  • Urban Walk, Phoenix, 138 units, $11.95 million
  • Dolce Villagio, 37 units, Tempe, $10 million

Gebing and David closed five multifamily property transactions totaling 1,699 units and $217 million in Phoenix between May 30 and June 15, 2017.

About Dennis Kaiser
