IPA Taps Sean Williams as Senior VP in Tampa

Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, has announced that Sean Williams has joined the firm as a senior vice president.

Williams will join the firm’s Florida-based team, which is led by Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham, and Justin Basquill in Tampa. Williams has served multifamily investors in the Tampa Bay region for more than 18 years with prior positions at Walker & Dunlop, CBRE and Camden Property Trust.

“Sean has built an extensive network of industry relationships based on market knowledge, transactional expertise and superior client service,” said Shelton Granade. “His presence in Tampa strengthens IPA’s growing platform in Florida and allows us to serve our clients even more meaningfully across Central Florida.”
