IPA Names Lindsay Stroud as Senior Managing Director, DC Office

Lindsay Stroud has been appointed senior managing director at IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap. With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate finance, Stroud will be establishing and leading an IPA Capital Markets team in the mid-Atlantic region.

Throughout his career, Stroud has successfully structured and executed over $5 billion in debt and equity transactions across various property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hotel. Stroud’s prior roles include senior managing director at Savills North America, as well as positions at Perseus Realty Capital and Phillips Realty Capital. He actively participates in various industry associations, including CREBA, DCBIA, and ICSC.
