IPA Bolsters Dallas Team on Industrial, Multifamily Sides

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, is expanding its Dallas team on both the industrial and multifamily sides. In the industrial arena, Adam Abushagur has joined IPA, moving over from Marcus & Millichap.

“Adam has extensive experience representing large private and institutional clients in the acquisition, disposition, sale-leaseback and debt structuring of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets nationwide,” commented Tim Speck, district manager in Dallas. He said joining IPA was “a natural next step” for Abushagur.

Additionally, Michael Ware and Taylor Hill have joined IPA’s multifamily team in Dallas. Formerly with Berkadia, they will serve as SVPs.

“Partnering Michael and Taylor with our established multifamily team allows us to leverage the advantages of their combined experience and relationships on behalf of our clients and exponentially expand our services to an ever-increasing number of major private and institutional investors,” said Richard Matricaria, EVP of brokerage operations.
