InvestRes Sells Bulk Condominium Interest in North Redington Beach MF Property

JLL has arranged the sale of the bulk condominium interest in Gull Harbor, a multifamily property in North Redington Beach. The seller, InvestRes, divested from 237 units of the 263-unit property. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property, which is located across the street from the beach, offers residents several floor plans within one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All units feature an updated kitchen and modern finishes and the community offers amenities including two pools, a sundeck, fitness center, library, sports lounge and views of both the intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico.

Matt Mitchell and Zach Nolan of JLL represented InvestRes in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
