Investors Snag 226-Unit Multifamily Property in Richton Park

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Carriage Creek Apartments, a 226-unit multifamily property located in Richton Park, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director investments, and Andrean Angelov, senior managing director investments, specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.

Carriage Creek Apartments is located at 22501 Butterfield Road and comprises 190,328 rentable square feet across 25.97 acres. Built in two phases in 1972 and 1974, the property features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The property is within walking distance of the Richton Park Metra Station.
