Investor Buys 47-Unit Apartment Property in Northlake

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 47-unit apartment property located at 27, 36 and 43 King Arthur Court in Northlake, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, Andrean Angelov, senior vice president, and Sam Antreasian, senior associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.

Built in 1969, the property offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, including spacious duplexes with dens, totaling 32,950 rentable square feet across three buildings. The asset has an outdoor swimming pool and ample off-street parking. The property is near Interstate 294 and Route 45, four miles from the Mannheim Metra station, and close to retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club and Home Depot, along with dining options including Subway and Panda Express.
