Investors Bank Consolidates at Trinity Centre

Investors Bank, the banking subsidiary of Investors Bancorp, Inc., inked a new lease at Trinity Centre at 111-115 Broadway totaling more than 14,000 square feet. The financial institution will be consolidating its regional offices currently located in Downtown Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan to part of the 15th floor of 111 Broadway.

The CBRE team of Adam Foster and Mike Rizzo represented the ownership, Capital Properties, along with CBRE colleagues Brad Gerla and Adam Leshowitz.

“We are thrilled to be able to announce the closing of this transaction, which had been tracking prior to the pandemic and took a pause for much of the summer,” said Foster, who along with Rizzo oversees leasing at Trinity Centre. “It’s a testament to the outstanding product that Capital Properties continues to deliver in this important asset.”

Patrick Dugan, Frank Liantonio and Jason Kroeger of Cushman & Wakefield represented Investors Bank.
