Investor Snags Multifamily Building in Aurora

Marcus & Millichap recently facilitated the sale of a 12-unit apartment property located in Aurora, Illinois. Ryan D. Engle, Senior Managing Director, and Andrean Angelov, Senior Vice President, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle and Angelov.

The multifamily building is located at 545-547 Ashland Avenue. The property has convenient access to Interstate 88, Route 30, and Route 25 and is two miles from the Aurora Metra station. Numerous local and national retail and dining outlets surround the area. Originally built in 1972, the all-electric building features all one-bedroom units, balconies for each unit, and off-street parking.
