Woodfield Development secured a $53.7 million senior loan for Margaux Midtown, a luxury apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee. BWE’s provided financing, which was structured by Adam Bieber and Alec Jenkins from BWE’s Washington, D.C. office.

Delivered in 2023, Margaux is a luxury mid-rise apartment community located in Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood. Margaux offers 292 apartment homes featuring community amenities, such as a fitness center, a clubroom with mini duck bowling, a private yoga room, dedicated work pods, complimentary coffee, a sky lounge and rooftop terrace, a speakeasy with a performance stage, a swimming pool, a podcast room, and more.

Located in Midtown, Margaux is near three of Nashville’s neighboring communities: the Gulch, Music Row, and West End. Residents enjoy walkable access to many of Nashville’s most popular cultural, entertainment, dining, nightlife, and shopping destinations.
