Investor Buys Lake Zurich Hospitality Property

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Zurich – Barrington, an 86-room hospitality property located in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Ebrahim Valliani, First Vice President, and Michael Klar, Senior Associate, both investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani and Klar. Chris Gomes, Executive Managing Director, and Allan Miller, Senior Vice President, in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, were also listed on the deal as supporting brokers.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Zurich – Barrington is a three-story hotel located at 197 S Rand Road. The property features common area amenities, including an indoor heated pool, breakfast area and fitness center.
