Investor Buys 59-Unit Condo Complex in Waukegan

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 59 condominium units from Onan Senior Suites, a building that consists of a total of 96 condominium units, located in Waukegan, Illinois.

Ryan Engle, senior managing director, Andrean Angelov, senior vice president, and Jake Lenti, associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle and Angelov.

Onan Senior Suites is located at 3305 Sunset Avenue, and the property is five miles from the Waukegan Metra station. Originally built in 1997, the property features amenities, including a lobby with a pool table and a grand piano, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness room, and a library. It also offers several parking options, including underground heated parking, detached garage parking, and off-street parking.
