Investor Buys 113-Room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Omaha

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 113-room Fairfield Inn & Suites property in Omaha, Nebraska.

Adam Lewis is Marcus & Millichap’s Nebraska broker of record. The firm had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investor groups.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown is located in Omaha’s downtown hospitality district, within walking distance of Charles Schwab Field. The property is also near major employers and demand generators, including Berkshire Hathaway, Union Pacific Corporation, Creighton University and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, positioning it to benefit from the city’s diverse economy and year-round business, tourism and event activity.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown offers 113 non-smoking guest rooms and suites, and the property is within walking distance to the Historic Old Market and many dining and retail options.
