Investopedia Inks Full-Floor Deal at Manhattan Tower
Investopedia signed a 15,931-square-foot HQ lease at 114 West 41st St. in New York City to accommodate its rapid growth, as well as future expansion. The financial news website company will relocate from 110 East 42nd St. in Q3 2017 to Equity Office’s 22-story office tower that is steps from Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan.
The pre-built, full-floor comes outfitted with high-end finishes and a contemporary vibe. It features an open layout, 12-foot-6-inch ceilings, polished concrete floor, exposed brick, abundant natural light, and open pantry with kegerator.
JLL’s Steven Rotter and Dan Santagata represented the tenant. The landlord was represented in-house by Zachary Freeman and Scott Silverstein, and well as NGKF’s Erik Harris, Scott Klau, Ben Shapiro, and Zach Weil.
