Investment Sales Veteran Joins Alpha Realty with Focus on Brooklyn
Veteran broker David Marciano has joined Alpha Realty from Westbridge Realty Group. As a senior director, he will help grow the brokerage firm’s presence in northern Brooklyn, focusing on mid-market multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout Williamsburg and Greenpoint.
Throughout his career, Marciano has focused on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use buildings in Brooklyn. His clients included private investors, local owners and institutional funds. With 11 years of experience in investment sales, he has been recently involved in more than $500 million of aggregate transactions throughout the boroughs of New York City, including the $12.1-million sale of 714 Ninth Ave. in Manhattan.
