Investment Sales Pros Lollio & Niedergang Join C&W’s Healthcare Advisory Group
Gino Lollio and Scott Niedergang have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s National Healthcare Capital Markets Group within Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Group. With titles of managing director, the duo will lead a Chicago-based team that includes Tina Yu, Bryan Belville, Brian McCoy, and Chris Ordoyne. It will focus on healthcare acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization, and will advise healthcare providers on capital raising efforts via sale-leaseback transactions.
Lollio and Niedergang join Cushman & Wakefield after 10 years with Marcus & Millichap, including the past three within the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division. Over the past decade, the pair have closed more than 100 properties in 20 states. The transactions, valued at more than $700 million, include single asset and portfolios of MOBs, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient facilities, dialysis clinics, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs clinics.
Crain’s Chicago Business named Lollio and Niedergang to its list of “Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers” in 2017.
