Investment Sales Duo Closes Fourth Pacific Beach Deal in 18 Months

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a five-unit apartment property located at 1012 Loring St. in  San Diego. The asset sold for $2,482,000.

“The seller wanted to exchange his capital out of state into a passive investment after managing the units for over 50 years,” said Cole Silverman, investment associate in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, “The property was on the market for 52 days and received multiple offers.”

Silverman and Carson Trujillo, first VP investments in the firm’s San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Silverman and Trujillo.

“This transaction marks the team’s fourth transaction in the past 18 months, making us the most active apartment brokerage team in Pacific Beach,” Silverman said.
