Investment Group Night Squared Signs with Moinian for Midtown Offices
The Moinian Group recently signed a 3,874-square-foot, five-year lease with Night Squared, a New York- and London-based investment firm at 3 Columbus Cir. in Midtown, Manhattan. Night Squared will utilize its new space on the 21st floor for the gamut of its office operations upon move-in this coming October.
“We are thrilled to welcome Night Squared to 3 Columbus Cir., a premier Midtown property where The Moinian Group is also headquartered,” said Nick Berger, director of commercial leasing at The Moinian Group. “Night Squared joins a robust roster of tenants at the building, including Nordstrom and Chase Bank, a true testament to the building’s expansive offerings and unmatched connectivity and location.”
CBRE represented The Moinian Group in leasing negotiations. Night Squared was represented by Lance Leighton, president and chief growth officer, Spaces Commercial Real Estate. Co-founded by Neel Parekh and Michael Berkley, Night Squared offers investment advisory and portfolio management services.
