Investment Firm Makes Move to Flatiron District

ATCO Properties & Management said Tuesday that investment management firm Richmond Hill Investment Co. has finalized a five-year, 4,438 square-foot lease at 381 Park Ave. South in the Flatiron District. The firm is currently located at 375 Hudson St. and plans to take occupancy at 381 PAS in early fall. 

“The company was seeking new offices with great light and a cohesive layout,” said Kate Hemmerdinger-Goodman, co-president of ATCO Properties & Management. “Given that the space is located in the front of the building with windows on three sides, it was an ideal fit for the firm’s business needs.” 

Managing director William Carr and president John Cinosky of Atco Brokerage Services represented the landlord in the transaction, while SVP Evan Fiddle at CBRE represented Richmond Hill.
