Health Care Investment Company Leases Plaza 290 Space

Lagniappe Health Care Investments, LLC signed a lease for nearly 2,000 square feet of office space at Austin’s Plaza 290 property.

The 65,576-square-foot building, situated at 5316 Hwy 290 West, is currently undergoing improvements that include lobby enhancements and updated corridors and restrooms.

RE/MAX Posh Properties’ Jeremy Larsen represented Lagniappe in the negotiations, while AQUILA Commercial’s Bethany Perez, Leigh Ellis and Seth Stuart represented the landlord.
