InvenTrust Taps Green Street’s Busch as CFO
InvenTrust Properties Corp., based in Downers Grove, IL, has named Daniel J. Busch (pictured) as EVP, CFO and treasurer, effective September 3. He was most recently managing director, retail at research firm Green Street Advisors.
“Having conducted extensive analysis of our industry over the past decade, Daniel brings to the role a unique financial perspective, as well as significant familiarity with the real estate and retail industries,” said Thomas P. McGuinness, the retail REIT’s president and CEO.
McGuinness expressed confidence that Busch’s “financial expertise and existing knowledge of our business will serve us well, as we continue to execute our portfolio strategy, maintain our flexible balance sheet and improve our public company readiness.”
Adam M. Jaworski, who has served as InvenTrust’s interim principal financial officer since August 2018, will continue in his role as SVP, chief accounting officer.
