InvenTrust Properties Embarks on Renovation of Cyfair Town Center

InvenTrust Properties Corp. (IVT) will begin a renovation of Cyfair Town Center this month. The 433,667-square-foot shopping center anchored by Kroger, JC Penney and Cinemark is located at the intersection of US-290 Highway and Spring Cypress Road in the Houston suburb of Cypress.

The first phase of the multi-tenant building renovation has a targeted completion of fourth quarter 2021. The second phase will begin in January 2022 with completion anticipated in late summer 2022.

IVT’s improvements to the center will include storefront awnings, upgraded signage and enhanced landscaping throughout the property. InvenTrust will be working with local organizations to produce murals that will serve as Instagrammable backdrops for community shoppers and visitors. InvenTrust’s Mark Vondrak and Jennifer Pollock oversee leasing at Cyfair Town Center.
