Invenergy Establishes Manhattan Presence with Starrett Lehigh Lease

Invenergy, a privately held global developer, owner, and operator of sustainable energy solutions, has leased 7,187 square feet at RXR’s Starrett Lehigh Building, 601 W. 26th St. in Manhattan. Lease terms weren’t disclosed.  

The New York City office will serve as a hub for Invenergy’s pipeline of projects across the state. The company also has regional offices in Ithaca and Buffalo. 

“This office marks an exciting new chapter for Invenergy as we continue to increase our operational footprint in New York,” said Mark Weprin, VP of government affairs in New York at Invenergy. “We see tremendous potential in the region to make a sizeable impact creating green jobs, improving public health, and powering local economies with emission-free energy.” 

Crain’s New York Business reported that CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Sacha Zarba, Evan Haskell, Jeffrey Fischer, Joseph D’Apice, Ben Joseph and Hayden Pascal represented RXR.
