Intuitive Health will develop more than 40 outpatient healthcare facilities on a build-to-suit basis across the United States over the next few years. The Plano, TX-based firm, which partners with several large healthcare systems across the nations, specializes in emergency and urgent care.

Intuitive Health tapped Rendina Healthcare Real Estate and Anchor Health Properties to develop the facilities. JLL Capital Markets, led by Ben Appel and Andrew Milne and including Zach Holderman and Daniel Turley, advised Intuitive Health in the deal.

“These highly innovative hybrid facilities eliminate the need for patients to self-triage or make an appointment with their physician,” Appel said. “Payors and employers benefit from lower ER utilization with lower costs, and health systems benefit from increased market share and expanded access to care.”

Currently, Intuitive Health is partners with Indiana-based Riverview Health, as well as New Mexico-based Presbyterian Healthcare and Texas-based Legacy ER & Urgent Care.
