Intuit Expands to 115K SF with Minskoff Equities
Edward J. Minskoff Equities (EJME) and JLL said Tuesday that global financial technology platform Intuit has completed a 10-year expansion lease for 77,000 square feet of office and retail space at 51 Astor Pl. in Manhattan’s East Village. The expansion brings its footprint at the 400,000-square-foot mixed-use property to 115,000 square feet.
“51 Astor Place is a market-leading asset with best-in-class ownership and the highest-quality tenant services and amenities,” said JLL vice chairman Paul N. Glickman. “This is an ideal property for employers seeking to attract and engage talent in a competitive market.”
Glickman and vice chairs Mitchell Konsker, Benjamin Bass and Cynthia Wasserberger represented EJME in the transaction. The tenant was represented by JLL’s tenant representation team of executive managing directors Bart Lammersen and Justin Haber and managing director Kyler Riker. EJME EVP Jeffrey Sussman, and VP Matt Pynn represented ownership in-house.
