Intracorp Breaks Ground on 2055 Main, its Fourth in IBC

Intracorp recently broke ground on a 178-unit class-A apartment development at 2055 Main St. in the Irvine Business Complex (IBC). The project is Intracorp’s fourth development and first for-rent multifamily development in the IBC.

“With three successful IBC townhome developments completed and our first IBC apartment community under development, Intracorp has a pulse on this market,” says Brad Perozzi, president of Intracorp’s Southern California division. “As real estate is extremely local and can vary by street corner, our very deep knowledge of this market and community will be extremely valuable to the success of 2055 Main.”

Located at 2055 Main on the corner of Main Street and Gillette Avenue on 2.23 acres, 2055 Main will feature five stories of residential living. Amenities include a rooftop deck with a pool and spa, entertainment pavilion, lounge areas, barbecues and a game area.
