Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Inks Long-Term Lease at 360 Madison

Mori Hamada & Matsumoto has signed a long-term lease agreement at 360 Madison Avenue in Midtown from Stawski Partners. The international law firm will occupy a 5,700-square-foot space on the 24th floor of the 25-floor office property.

Developed in 2001, 360 Madison Avenue is a 25-floor, 370,000-square-foot office property managed by ownership. The tenant was represented by Junji Miyake of Cushman & Wakefield, while the landlord was represented by Derrick Ades, Jared London, and Edward Goldman of CBRE.

“Mori Hamada & Matsumoto is opening a New York office and needed a premier space that would contribute to their continued success,” said Miyake. “360 Madison’s central location made it the perfect fit for the law firm’s first New York City office.”
