Offices Three at Frisco Station lease

Interior Logic is Offices Three at Frisco Station’s First Tenant

VanTrust Real Estate LLC, developer of the 242-acre mixed-use Frisco Station, has added its first building tenant, Interior Logic Group (ILG), to The Offices Three at Frisco Station, which was completed late last month. Located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, this 210,000-square-foot class-A speculative building is the third of five planned office buildings for Frisco Station.

“Our new Dallas Innovation Center and Design Studio will serve as ILG’s technology hub, which is transforming the building industry,” said Alan K. Davenport, chairman and CEO at ILG. “After a thorough search, we identified Frisco Station as a highly desirable location for attracting top technology talent and design studio location for new home builders.”

ILG will lease 17,681 square feet on the first floor of The Offices Three, a six-story mid-rise office tower. The California-based company plans to move into the space later this year.

Despite the pandemic, office demand has been strong at Frisco Station. The Offices Three’s companion, The Offices Two, which opened last year, is currently 96 percent leased. Frisco Station is planning 5 million square feet of additional office space which will eventually employ 15,000 business professionals.

Frisco Station is adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and within walking distance to retail, restaurant and entertainment options at The Star.
