Intercom Will Take Over Sterling Bay’s Space at Fulton West

Business messaging platform Intercom joins the roster of tech tenants upsizing their Chicago office footprints. The San Francisco-based firm signed a 52,676-square-foot lease at 1330 W. Fulton St., nearly tripling its presence at the Fulton Market property. It will take over Sterling Bay’s space at 1330 W. Fulton, also known as Fulton West, as the owner/developer moves its headquarters to 333 N. Green St.

“We love the culture here and have had great success finding the type of people we love to work with,” said Eoghan McCabe, co-founder and CEO of Intercom.

“Intercom has seen incredible growth in Chicago in just three years,” said CBRE’s Kevin McLennan, who represented the tenant. “This significant expansion in one of Fulton Market’s most progressive properties will establish an excellent long-term position of Intercom in Chicago.”

Landlord Sterling Bay was represented in-house by Joy Jordan, Russ Cora and Gillian Keebler.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
