Interactive Brokers Expands Midtown Office Lease to 22K SF 

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is expanding its office space to 22,916 square feet at 1133 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown, managed by The Durst Organization. Previously leasing 16,940 square feet, Interactive Brokers now extends its presence by 5,976 square feet for seven years.  

Interactive Brokers operates globally, providing direct-access trade execution and clearing services. The Durst Organization handled negotiations internally, while Tim Dempsey, Roger Griswold, and Chris Hogan of CBRE represented Interactive Brokers.
