Integrated to Build $65M Arlington Senior Living Rentals

The project will be called Watermere at the Highlands. Integrated Real Estate Group will head up the $65 million project that will go in at 100 W. Arbrook Blvd.

The Dallas Business Journal reports the project has a scheduled start date early next year with final completion anticipated for 2026. Watermere at the Highlands is close to the Arlington Highlands open-air retail center. 

Integrated is headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It’s website says the group has been an industry leader in property management, development, construction, housing solutions, and senior living lifestyles since 1995. The company says it has developed more than $1 billion in real estate projects, 

Arrive Architecture Group, based in Bedford, is designing the project. Its portfolio includes independent living, assisted living, multifamily, and senior housing units in the South Central United States. Locally, the company has developments in places like Flower Mound, Frisco and Mansfield.
