Integral Group Named Master Developer of $350M Trinity Mills Urban Village

Integral Group LLC of Atlanta was selected as the master developer for Trinity Mills Urban Village, a $350-million, mixed-use project planned for the Dallas suburb of Carrollton, TX. The development will encompass the area surrounding the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) Trinity Mills station, near Stemmons Freeway and Trinity Mills Road. The transit station is also the connection point with Denton County Transit Authority’s A-Train commuter line.

Art Lomenick, who is known for working on Dallas-area developments in Uptown, Addison and Plano, is taking charge of the Carrollton project. He told the Dallas Morning News that the 26-acre project will include office, housing, hotel and retail components, as well as some medical office.

Lomenick indicated that the project is in the planning and infrastructure phase, and “right now we are working on our financials,” he said.
