Integra Realty Resources Re-Opens Denver Office

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) re-opened an office in Denver under the leadership of Larry B. Close, one of the region’s most sought-after appraisers, who will serve as Senior Managing Director. He brings more than 20 years of expertise in valuation and counseling across all major types of real estate throughout Colorado.

The industry veteran joins from CORE Realty Advisors, a highly-regarded commercial real estate appraisal firm he helped form and grow over the past decade. Joining Close at IRR are CORE Realty Advisors’ entire team of appraisers, analysts and support staff.
