Hugh Kelly, a veteran commercial real estate economist, is lending his years of expertise to Integra Realty Resources’ “Viewpoint 2017 Commercial Real Estate Trends Report.” Kelly recently served as head author of the Urban Land Institute/PwC’s “Emerging Trends 2017,” and just released his book “24-Hour Cities: Real Investment Performances, Not Just Promises.” As IRR’s consulting economist, he will provide insights on IRR’s latest commercial real estate valuation data and market trends.

Kelly is well known in the commercial real estate industry as an author of more than 300 articles in industry magazines and academic journals, and is a regular interview source for the Wall Street Journal and other publications. He held the position of clinical professor with New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate for close to 30 years, and is now a member of the Board of Regents with the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Realtor University.
