Integra Realty Resources Continues National Expansion, Opens Quartet of Offices

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) opened four new offices in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Northern, NJ and Fort Worth, TX. The moves add 35 professionals to IRR’s growing staff of 600 employees nationwide.

IRR’s Anthony M. Graziano says, “Unlike other firms that parachute into markets for an assignment, Integra takes pride in delivering our commercial valuation and advisory services using our on-the-ground market experts to ensure clients have the most accurate information they need to make informed decisions.”

IRR’s newest additions include:

IRR-Washington, DC led by Dennis Duffy, who brings more than 30 years of experience valuing complex properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

IRR-Philadelphia, PA led by Chip Hughes, an accomplished 30-year industry veteran, and opening through a strategic partnership with A.R. Hughes & Co.

IRR-Northern New Jersey led by Paul Beisser, and Arthur Linfante, who have more than 50 years of combined valuation experience, and opening through a strategic partnership with Value Research Group, LLC.

IRR-Fort Worth led by Alan Pursley, who brings more than 30 years of experience, and opening through a strategic partnership with Appraisal Source, Inc.,

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles.
